Michael is a Financial Planner at Milestone Financial and has worked in several roles within the Financial Services industry for over 25 years. Michael moved into financial planning in 2017, after completing a Masters of Applied Finance and while completing his Certified Financial Planner® Certification.

Michael believes in working in the very best interest of the client and tailoring solutions to meet their needs. Michael understands that investing in super is not without its pitfalls or traps, which includes higher tax if you exceed certain contribution caps as well as restrictions on access. There have been many changes to superannuation over the years which makes keeping up to date with superannuation law an increasingly onerous task.

On weekends, you’ll find Michael at the dog park and at the gym. During the week, he’s spending some time on the mats, dabbling in some martial arts.
